Review of Practice
This report was one of three provided by Kilner Planning and London Economics, focused on three research areas: surveying institutions on their current Space Management Practices, providing a tool to Benchmarking the size of the estate and developing a model for estimating the Full Economic Cost of the non-residential estate.
It should be noted that the Model of the Affordable Estate mentioned within the reports now takes the form of two separate tools, the SMG Benchmarking Tool and the Model of Estate Costs (MEC).
