Previous Studies and other reports of interest
- In 2006 the Association of University Diirectors of Estate (AUDE) and HEFCE have funded a comprehensive study on Post Occupancy Evaluation and a toolkit. The work has been carried out by University of Westminster under the guidance of the Director of Estates, Mel Barlex who says “This guidance is prepared so colleagues can choose according to their needs and preferences, as few or as many of the areas identified in this report. Those who choose to use this more fully will be those who get most out of it. Whether your choice is to audit the construction process, review your occupation approach, ensure good quality design is consistently delivered, monitor building performance or even review and adapt your strategic decision process, this toolkit will assist you.”
