Phase 1 Reports
Phase 1 of the Space Management Project focused on
three research areas: surveying
institutions on their current Space Management Practices,
providing a tool to benchmark
the size of the estate and developing a model for estimating
the Full Economic Cost of the
non-residential estate.
Three main reports have been published with Annex A providing an executive summary of the Phase 1 work. (Kilner Planning and London Economics.)
